At AVI-8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aviation-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your timepiece in its original display box, including all manuals and warranty cards, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
