How long will it take to receive my timepiece?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do AVI-8 watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every AVI-8 timepiece is backed by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM or 50 meters, making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes. We do not recommend wearing them for swimming or diving.
Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I care for my leather strap?
To preserve the life of your genuine leather strap, avoid contact with water, perfumes, or oils. Clean it occasionally with a dry soft cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
